The Trinity River and Great Trinity Forest have received much attention lately, with the river dominating the media spotlight. Thousands flocked to its banks to see the flooding waters. The reality, however, is that most people know little about the true nature of the river and forest as they exist year-round. Sun to Moon Gallery and four photographers have been working to change that. For ten years now, the photographers have spent time on and along the river and in and around the forest artistically interpreting the areas with their cameras, in the process creating an ever-expanding body of work that includes engaging new photographs of the flooded Trinity by Scot Miller and R.P. Washburne. Come see the river, forest and city in a new light!
